We had a wonderful experience with Zebrascapes! They came to our house an gave us a fair estimate for the removal of 2 large trees in our front yard. I highly recommend this landscaping company! Jeff was fantastic to work with — friendly, flexible, and very patient. I changed the plans several times and he still managed to get me a great price. He always kept his appointments and followed up exactly when he said he would. Although we weren't able to get some of the plants due to supplier inventory, Jeff was able to find suitable substitutes to keep the project on schedule. Despite those substitutions, the yard was completed exactly as drawn up and looks great. I was out of state during the project install so I was not able to witness the crew hard at work. But when I got home I was totally satisfied with the result. The crew was meticulous and left my property immaculate. Cara in the office was also a pleasure — very friendly and helpful. She made payments, scheduling, and paperwork easy and stress-free. Overall I’m very satisfied with the project. Great value and excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough about this company from the beginning when I called with questions to the final bill. Every interaction with them was above my expectations with them being transparent and respectful of my multiple requests. The arborist came to the house this morning to check out my struggling celebration maples. He adjusted my sprinkler system, talked to me about fertilizer and insect control. He reassured me they should come back to life. I wish these instructions would have been communicated to me when the trees were planted in March. At that time I received an email saying to water 3 times a week for 45 minutes. Arborist said too much water is the problem. I am hopeful that they will recover.

Ralphael Avila (Sales) came out to my home to assess gopher damage to the front yard.
Raphael offered some great ideas and suggestions to address the dead/dying vegetation, build a retaining wall and repair the bubbler system that gophers had damaged as well.
Crew was at my home at 7:00 AM and completed the task by 12:30pm.
Gentleman were clearly knowledgeable and professional. Very thorough clean-up, afterwards.
Overall experience was nothing short of impressive. Job well done and highly recommended! 👍
