At ZebraScapes one of our favorite pastimes is building gorgeous outdoor spaces for our clients to use on a daily basis. These need to be functional spaces that friends and family are comfortable spending time in at all hours of the day. One of the most popular installations that clients always love is an outdoor fireplace. After shopping around, we chose ZebraScapes to spray our Pinyon Pine trees. Caleb and Daniel were able to gently move their equipment around, followed my directions exactly, and were very polite and professional. Reasonably priced, very flexible, great business model.

They did a fantastic job on our artificial turf installation. The material they used was pet friendly, our dog loves to roll around and lay on it. Exactly what we wanted, and they were even able to fix an area of our paver that was lifted in the back so it looks perfect now. They listened carefully to the job we wanted, were very quick and efficient, and professional crew to work with. The job included removal of a large tree stump and boulder rocks, which they were able to handle all of it for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Ralphael and crew did a great job landscaping our yard. They worked with us, going above and beyond our expectations, to make sure we got a satisfying and beautiful finished product. While Ralphael was the contact man and overseer driving the project, his two man crew worked onsite to get the job done in a very satisfactory manner. We would bring them back again and again to do our landscaping work.

I initially reached out to this company for a quote, but due to a technical issue with their scheduling system, no one showed up—twice. After the second missed appointment, I was understandably frustrated and decided to cancel.

The next day, however, someone from the company personally came to my home to apologize. That level of accountability and customer service really stood out to me, and it completely changed my perspective. Because of that, I decided to give them another chance and scheduled a new appointment.

They provided a clear quote, and I ultimately chose them for the job—and I’m glad I did. The work they completed was excellent, and I’m thrilled with the results.

My wife was home during both the estimate and the work, and she mentioned that everyone involved was respectful, professional, and polite throughout the process.

This company truly turned a negative first impression into a very positive experience through their actions. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future landscaping needs.

I recently had ZebraScapes do several jobs for us. The first job was to prune a couple of Willow trees one of which was very large and had no access for a bucket truck. Edwin, Craig and Stratton came and did an excellent job of clearing out the dead limbs, shaping the trees, cleaning up and hauling the away all the debris. Stratton climbed the tree with all the proper safety rigging and pruned the higher parts of the tree by hand. We could not be happier with how the trees look now and how pleasant the crew was to work with. I highly recommend ZebraScapes for this type of work.

The other two jobs involved raising and replacing the yard irrigation sprinklers which were buried in the yard and surrounded by Willow tree roots. We also wanted to replace the main irrigation line and sprinkler devices to all our outside decorative plants. Abel provided us with estimates and oversaw the work that was completed by Miguel. Abel and Miguel were wonderful to work with. Everything was completed very quickly and with quality materials. The yard and all of our plants are looking better already after only a week of getting the proper amount of water. I highly recommend ZebraScapes for this kind of work.

Furthermore Samantha and the other office staff are responsive and very helpful and provide updates on the scheduling and arrival times of the crews. That was a big help. From top to bottom this is a professionally run company that we will use for all our future projects.

Three great encounters with this company recently. 1. Jonathan came out to estimate some landscaping. He gave us great advice and a fair price. 2. Caleb came out to weed and do pest control. Very professional and competent. 3 Craig and Stratton came out a couple days later to take out a tree. Again, very professional and competent. Bottom line everyone we met seemed primarily concerned with making sure that we were getting exactly what we asked for and what was best for us.

“I recently used ZebraScapes in Prescott for a full property cleanup: trimming hedges and shrubs, removing a couple of small trees, and tuning up my irrigation system. They did an outstanding job from start to finish!
Samuel, the Sales Manager, was excellent—he listened carefully to my needs, offered smart suggestions, and followed up perfectly. The landscape crew, Gary and Jorge, arrived early (which was a pleasant surprise!), worked efficiently and neatly, and left everything looking fantastic. They were polite, professional, and even took time to compliment my dog—such a nice touch!
Additionally, Bob and Miguel came out to tune up the irrigation system and were just as efficient, friendly, and thorough as the rest of the team. Samantha in the office was super helpful and responsive too—everyone I dealt with met the highest standards of courtesy and quality.
