I recently had ZebraScapes do several jobs for us. The first job was to prune a couple of Willow trees one of which was very large and had no access for a bucket truck. Edwin, Craig and Stratton came and did an excellent job of clearing out the dead limbs, shaping the trees, cleaning up and hauling the away all the debris. Stratton climbed the tree with all the proper safety rigging and pruned the higher parts of the tree by hand. We could not be happier with how the trees look now and how pleasant the crew was to work with. I highly recommend ZebraScapes for this type of work.

The other two jobs involved raising and replacing the yard irrigation sprinklers which were buried in the yard and surrounded by Willow tree roots. We also wanted to replace the main irrigation line and sprinkler devices to all our outside decorative plants. Abel provided us with estimates and oversaw the work that was completed by Miguel. Abel and Miguel were wonderful to work with. Everything was completed very quickly and with quality materials. The yard and all of our plants are looking better already after only a week of getting the proper amount of water. I highly recommend ZebraScapes for this kind of work.

Furthermore Samantha and the other office staff are responsive and very helpful and provide updates on the scheduling and arrival times of the crews. That was a big help. From top to bottom this is a professionally run company that we will use for all our future projects.

Three great encounters with this company recently. 1. Jonathan came out to estimate some landscaping. He gave us great advice and a fair price. 2. Caleb came out to weed and do pest control. Very professional and competent. 3 Craig and Stratton came out a couple days later to take out a tree. Again, very professional and competent. Bottom line everyone we met seemed primarily concerned with making sure that we were getting exactly what we asked for and what was best for us.

Had Zebrascapes come out to remove 2 trees and plant 2 new trees. I contacted them online and received a response in 24 hours, scheduled a visit to walk the lot and review the request. I got a quote that evening and had work done the following week. Samuel was prompt in responding with the quote and providing exactly what we were looking. He met with me on the day of work. Introduced me to the crew and we walked the lot to one more review the job and locate where the new trees were to be planted. The crew of Gary and Sergio worked efficiently, and upon completion of the work once more walked the lot to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They left the yard and the area around their truck spotless. A small detail to clean up around the truck but makes a favorable impression on the neighbors! I will definitely hire them again.

Stratten and Craig did the lion share with Edwin managing the work. Colloborated with Stratten and Craig with the trees and both were great to work with, hard workers, communication on the work was the best part for me as they gave excellent input on the work as well as what I wanted completed.
